That´s the video that I watch and i found really interesting what the teacher do, the activity and as she says this activity is not only to use it in Grammar its also for all the subject with limitless using of words or verbs.

I liked voxopop speakig activity, I like the way it records voices and the topic he used, its really easy to debate and to talk about it. I would like to use this tool to create also a debate but with children and I was thinking an easy way could be or the topic could be “TOYS vs VIDEOGAMES”, too controversial, interesting and big topic, this would make children star talking and giving opinions for long time I think.

We need to use our knowledge of the world to see the sense connection between sentences…

Reflection questions units 5-8

Reading. I think reading for detail is the most important reading skill, having this skill I think students can scan, skim, infer and do all in a text, because they already would know everything on a text, thats why I agree with this teacher and probably this skill could be the first one I wolud teach to my students.

Writing. I dont agree with any of these teachers, with the first one I think we are living a new age where there are lots of ways to improve and learn everyday, we are everywhere filled with information, the thing is to be interested in learning. I think the way that students can start communicating at first place is by communicating ideas the only way to start writing or speaking is by communicating. The most important language skill for me is writting is where we start to develop the other skills, without writing we can´t express what we read, our opinions or well we can do it by speaking but its just that writting is the beggining part to learn a language.

Listening. “To improve their listening, what my students need most is to learn more vocabulary. Learning listening skills wont help them”. I totally agree with this teacher, what we really want with our students its that they listen and that they understand what they are listening, in my opinion I dont find interesting to teach the listening skills. Im interested in that they really know what is happening and to understand each word they are hearing in many different accents, make them ears open and really listen because its a big difference between hear and listen, I dont want them to hear only words and stuff, I want them to really listen all the context of the listening text type.

Speaking. “I like asking my cass to tell one another stories – they get so interested that they dont worry about the mistakes they made”. I tottaly agree with this teacher, and this activity is propably the one I would use with my students too, my opinion or idea is that a language any language is not important if we dont speak it, i doesnt matter how much languages a person can knows if it doesnt speak it at all, speaking i think its the most dificult part of learning a language because after you know all the skills of hte language and all the writing, the reading, the listenig, with speaking its where you really see if you know the language or no.

After the first class of my TKT course I feel happy because I know TKT will be a tool for everything I do, to apply it in my job, to improve my English, and to be a better teacher and all the things I learn taking the course I will apply them, and also I feel happy about getting the certificate.
